Vintage set of WW1 Russian Army paper soldiers 💥💥💥⚔️⚔️⚔️
This Russian Army ("Das Russische Heer" Carton Nr. 3) set of 8.5 cm WW1 embossed cardboard soldiers was produced between 1912 to 1917. It consists of 72 figures. The box has also several advertisement labels of the Pharmacie Principale 5.R. du Marche Geneve. It is highly likely that these paper soldiers were printed in Switzerland or Germany for marketing purposes of this Swiss pharmacy. The Russian Army is represented by 4 types of different units:Leib Grenadiers, Garde Infanterie,Artillerie and Grenzwache.
This set is also quite innovative - all soldiers are combined in units of 5 that can be easily set up on the table !
