Elastolin HJ Artillery Scene – Berlin, April 1945 🌩️🌩️🌩️
This scene features composition figures by Elastolin alongside a tinplate anti-aircraft gun produced by Tippco in Germany during the 1930s. The scene portrays HJ members in the final days of the war, defending Berlin in April 1945.
Teenage HJ soldiers are shown relying on the Tippco anti-aircraft gun, a hopeless attempt to resist overwhelming Soviet forces. The figures and the gun together capture the desperation of those last battles.
